After finishing our picnic lunch (see yesterday), we decided to go for a short hike. As you can see, Shelby politely declined and made it clear she preferred to stay in the truck, keeping a close watch on the remains of the sandwiches. Of course, she did eventually come with us. We packed a lunch for our little adventure to the northern Manitoba 'back country', and because winter is not a great time to spread a blanket on the ground, we had our lunch in the cozy comfort of the truck.
