When Ruby has had enough of canoeing, she simply jumps out & swims for shore. It’s a bulldog thing - she always does exactly what she wants to do, when she wants to do it. 07/29/19
It’s often difficult to tell when a bulldog is having fun, but Ruby really is! She loves canoeing with her ‘Mom’ (my daughter, Lisa) and she’s also a real champ on the paddleboard. What she doesn’t really understand is that while canoeing, it’s very very important to sit still and not ‘rock the boat’ by running from side to side, to check out the view & to see who’s watching. As you can imagine, this leads to many great and often hair raising adventures on the water. Fortunately Lisa is an excellent swimmer & an expert with a canoe so it’s all fun & games. 07/28/19
