Taken at the end of August when the hay bales were still in the fields and thunder clouds still rolled across the sky almost every evening. I played with this a lot... checking out the new Luminar 4 by Skylum. It's an excellent app, with tons of features. It would be great if it could replace Photoshop as it is so much cheaper, but I can't quite see that happening, not yet anyway. 12/04/19
One more shot of the tulips on ice. I really do prefer to post current photos, but lately all of my pics have been from the archives. This is the worst time of year here for finding anything photo-worthy, everything is either brown or grey, icy or muddy, as we wait for the snow to arrive and make things a little more attractive. In the meantime, at least I have some leftovers… :) 12/03/19
I took some shots of theses tulips last April and then forgot about them. I bought them at Costco and they froze on the way home and promptly wilted so I had to throw them away. By morning the watery yard had frozen and the tulips were trapped in the ice. 12/02/19
