Incredibly cold this morning when we drove to Winnipeg, minus 40C with wind chill. This was actually a full double sundog... even though I couldn't catch it all. I've never seen one before! 01/15/18
If you look up & see this above you, make sure you are wearing a warm hat & big mitts before you go outside.... it will be v-e-r-y COLD...! 01/15/18
Very rare to see a double sundog, equally difficult to photograph it. You can see it faintly in the upper right corner - it looked much brighter at the time. 01/15/18
