Brushing Baxter - his winter coat is just beginning to let go. We had to shave his feet, they grew 4" long 'feathers' in the cold weather and were impossible to clean, other than that we are hoping to be able to keep combing it out. Leonberger coats are notoriously difficult to manage and need a lot of care. He did go to the groomers for a spa day (shortly after this was taken) but we are still having quite a time getting that winter coat to loosen.
