A little more info on the 'oven project' - it Iburns only wood, and there seems to be little control over the heat. It goes directly, and quickly, to hot! We are total beginners with this skill and there is a LOT to learn!! The scones turned out beautifully but bread was not so great, neither were the ribs, we did try pizza but that was a disaster - forgot to cover it and apparently sand is still falling off the inside, so it was an unexpectedly crunchy pizza. (It will be quite some time before I try that again!) It's totally Terry's project (I try to avoid cooking, especially experimental cooking) but he had loads of fun making it and cooking in it. Every project needs a supervisor, so that was me. I was also in charge of supplying the beer, documenting progress with photographs and mostly, just keeping out of the way. Luckily I'm quite good at all of the above. :-)) 09/30/22
