Thousands of acres in Manitoba are now underwater, and still the rains keep coming in what seems to be a permanent weather pattern.... 3 days of sun, 4 days of rain. This is a typical scene in our area of Central/Northern Manitoba. Pastures are completely flooded, fields have become lakes, many country roads are washed out and farmers are unable to get on the land for seeding. It seems unbelievable that only a few months ago we were enduring the results of an 8 year drought that devastated crops, left no hay for feed and forced farmers to sell most of their livestock because there was no feed to be found. 06/14/22
