Yesterday afternoon I spent quite some time with the daisies. They are looking particularly pretty right now and are popping up everywhere, thanks to our recent rainy days. I have so many shots I like, I couldn’t decide which one to share with you (which seldom happens). This one has a bit of added to texture to hide a busy background. We no longer have fields full of daisies and wildflowers - as they were when I was young. But we do still have patches of grass that don’t get cut very often and that’s where you will find the daisies still growing wild and free. 06/25/20
The play of light & shadow caught my attention, but then I noticed that she seemed to be waving at me. I’m not sure if she was waving hello or goodbye, or maybe it was just ‘look at me, I’m over here’. Whatever it was, she was trying to say, I think I got the meassage. 06/26/20
